No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies, uses no trackers and no audience measurement, and loads nothing from third-party services: fonts and images are hosted on the site itself. Your visit is not profiled in any way.

This is also why no consent banner asks for your permission: there is nothing to consent to.

The data you choose to send us

The site only receives information when you decide to write to us:

• The quote form (name, email, optional WhatsApp number, dates and message) reaches us by email. It is used solely to answer you and prepare your quote: never sold, never shared, never added to any marketing database.
• The assistant on the home page sends your question to Anthropic PBC (United States), the company whose artificial intelligence model writes the answer. The site keeps no history of your questions and links them to no account. Please keep personal details out of your questions: a general question is all it needs.
• The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): the conversation there is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms.

Technical logs

Like any website, this one protects itself: the host transiently processes IP addresses for security, and our own anti-abuse limiter counts requests over a one-minute window, in memory, without durably storing any address. Daily counters are global and anonymous.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and under the GDPR for residents of the European Union, you may request access to, correction or deletion of the information you have sent us, by writing to contact@marrakechexclusives.com.
